150 kW Herz firematic chip boiler, external chip store, new plant room works within the existing boiler house footprint, integrated with the BMS for central monitoring.
Installation delivered in two stages over the summer and Christmas breaks to avoid disruption. Full commissioning documentation, HETAS compliance pack, and training for site staff and FM contractor completed before handover.
